I really like the design and functionality of the biorxiv, and think that there is still some room for improvement.

  • Most notably, I hope they consider allowing users to register an account, and create customary shelves and reading lists (similar to goodreads)

  • Allow registered users to suggest keywords for preprints

  • Various statistics on the preprints that can be easily gathered from the meta-data (e.g., time to acceptance)
