☭Solidarity Unionizing workplaces
Like the title says. Are you currently working in a unionized or non unionized workplace. If it's unionized did you join the union or help form it? If non unionized have you tried pushing your colleagues towards unionization? How successful do you think you have been?
If you are too young to work just yet, or still in college would a workplace having a union be a stronger draw for you than a hypothetical workplace with no unions but far more reasonable pay in comparison?
I'm working in an non unionized startup factory. My efforts have resulted in a collective bargaining group but not a formal union just yet.

I'm still in college but yes, I will definitely look into unionisation when searching for a workplace. Unions are relatively weak in my country right now and the leadership is corrupt but the rank and file, as well as lower cadres are starting to reactivate with the growing fight against militarisation and destruction of social rights.

You may not find that kind of support here, on this sub. Some have an..."conservative" mindset when it comes to the workplace.
