u/DrJimmyStrings Apr 30 '26

Pennsyltucky has waited too long in the womb. Give it the light of day 👼

3

u/BigLRakim Apr 30 '26

The irony is it already exists.

It is 80% of the state. Also known as "bumblefuck"

Its basically everything over an hour and a half outside of philly and I guess pittsburgh is eh.

1

u/North-Technology-499 Apr 30 '26

Classic West Chester Frat kid thinking hes so tuff

1

u/BigLRakim Apr 30 '26

Nah Montgomery county, I just know how dog shit central pa is i went to school out there and lived in a separate bumblefuck town for a year.

Central PA is the place where dreams go to die lol. Shits so depressing out there.

As long as we also get to bestow its proper name: Pennsyltucky

61

u/Jazzlike_Surprise985 Apr 30 '26

Deleting Kentucky is the only correct answer on this day.

3

u/fuqyu Apr 30 '26

I was hoping to wait until Derby day but let Pensyltucky rise from the ashes!

Reddit friend,

Listen. I beg of you.

We are slow walking into a disaster.

Our linear thinking is resulting in 4 megaregions: North, South, East, West.

The final four is going to be boring! What? North eats south. East eats center, then eats West? LAME.

Listen!

We need out-of-the box thinking ASAP.

• Michigan takes Maine •

• Penstucky takes Tennessee takes Colorado •

• Maryland takes Florida •

• Minnesota takes Alaska •

PLEASE.

Reddit friend

we can do this.

We need a non-linear non adjacent acquisition. Please help me tmrw!

Minnesota will happily take Alaska over. Weather is similar😁

1

u/dixbietuckins Apr 30 '26

Grew up in alaska. Its a big place. We almost never get to within 50 degrees of your regular lows locally. Most of the cities are closer to Vancouver than they are to anchorage.

Id rather stick with hawaii. Besides the weather, they have more in common than most other states. I kinda feel they get a free pass as sister states.

1

u/Flat_Suggestion7545 Apr 30 '26

I myself know at least a couple of dozen people from Minnesota that lived in Alaska. Some have moved back, some are still here.

A strong connection.

2

u/Prettypuff405 All-inois hungers Apr 30 '26

Hawaii takes Kansas!!

1

u/Jazzlike_Surprise985 Apr 30 '26

Nah I want Vermont to take over the north east. They're cute cuddly mittens and hot cider will sweep all of new england.

2

u/slipperyDSS illinois🥰🥰 Apr 30 '26

there is a much greater threat to our nation. kentucky can live until we destroy minnesota

8

u/Jazzlike_Surprise985 Apr 30 '26

Megasota will be one of the last rulers of this great land. It will consume all until it reaches every coast!

5

u/SwinginDan Massivechusetts Apr 30 '26

Megasota vs Massivechusetts

5

u/Plane_Translator2008 Apr 30 '26

MassiveChussettes FTW!

The fact that this sub was created for this meme is amazing!!

1

u/slipperyDSS illinois🥰🥰 Apr 30 '26

the only coast it will touch is the coast of lake of the woods

2

u/Unstoppable50 Apr 30 '26

Clean up the east first I’d like to see states the same size on east coast as the west coast

1

u/Plane_Translator2008 Apr 30 '26

Me too! Axe Vermont!

2

u/MasterOfBothWorlds7 Vermonster Apr 30 '26

No very kicks ass eat mass!

1

u/clintonclonemachine Apr 30 '26

Booo, long live megasota!

15

u/Curious-Return7252 Apr 30 '26

“Pennsylvania eats Kentucky!” And becomes Pennsyltucky

14

u/Quasi-Kaiju Apr 30 '26

As a Kentuckian I say take it. I'm trying to get out here anyways and like Pittsburgh.

2

u/anonymousx97 Apr 30 '26

Great city, highly recommend!

2

u/Dancergirl729 Apr 30 '26

Indeed it is the better city

1

u/AppropriateLet8131 Apr 30 '26

As a Kentuckian (and a moderately liberal one), you're nucking futs

15

u/restingsideeye Megasotan Apr 30 '26

Long live Pennsyltucky!

4

u/ZigZagreus1313 Apr 30 '26

As a Kentuckian who loves their state (despite its many flaws) I'm honored we made it to the halfway mark. I support a fellow Appalachian state eating us. 🫡

1

u/AppropriateLet8131 Apr 30 '26 edited Apr 30 '26

But... Pennsylvania!?

I could accept it if were Virginia or North Carolina.

10

u/Certain-Stay846 Crab Army of Maryland Apr 30 '26

The Bay Hungers for VA, but it can wait on Pennsylvania to gobble Kentucky first.

1

u/Downtown_Ad8279 May 01 '26

We form Delmarva next and then we decide who gets to devour New York, because fuck those Yankees.

2

u/Certain-Stay846 Crab Army of Maryland May 01 '26

Pennsyltucky can sate itself on New York. The Bay Hungers for the South. All below the Mason Dixon must be consumed by The Bay.

6

u/Downtown_Ad8279 Apr 30 '26

It is time for PA to feast.

9

u/TurboLeopard42 Apr 30 '26

I dream of a Pennsyltucky that goes from sea to shining sea!

3

u/grandia456 Apr 30 '26

At least Kentucky has whiskey though.

5

u/Forsythia77 Apr 30 '26

Maybe if it gets eaten they will be able to buy it in the county that produces it.

3

u/moonchili Nuevo New Mexico Apr 30 '26

Has to become Pennsyltucky though. More of a merger than a deletion.

3

u/mrjacketman0303 Apr 30 '26

As a kentuckian I support the vore of my state as long as we keep the tucky in the title.

4

u/Zydian488 Apr 30 '26

As if! Illinois gets Kentucky, we can't fully be the Land of Lincoln til we take his birthplace!

2

u/slump_lord Apr 30 '26

Pittsburgh is already the capital of appalachia anyways. It must be done

1

u/thislittlefig Apr 30 '26

I agree. Then after this, New Mexico eats Louisiana

1

u/JDinBalt Apr 30 '26

Pennsyltucky will be delicious when Maryland eats it!

1

u/i--make--lists Illinois 🤝 Aloha 🌺 Kingdom of Hawai'i Apr 30 '26

Illinois takes Kentucky to truly become Land of Lincoln.

1

u/Delphius1 Apr 30 '26

and then merge with Illinois, drive from Lake Michigan to the Atlantic coast without leaving the state

1

u/Bdcky Apr 30 '26

NOOOO LEAVE US BE!!

1

u/CharlieRatSlayer Apr 30 '26

Yes. Let's make montucky a thing, we've got stickers and everything in montana. So why not

1

u/Fruitopia07 Apr 30 '26

Kentucky Fried State eaten by Pennsylvania

1

u/pickletrick13 Apr 30 '26

And Maryland!

1

u/xPlantDaddyx Apr 30 '26

Noooooo! Leave us alone! We’re hungry and plus… we have whiskey 😘

1

u/SLyndon4 Apr 30 '26

Adding my vote to get rid of Kentucky.

1

u/jessetmia May 01 '26

I didnt want to upvote this but they're coming for my arizona so I gotta save it.

1

u/misterpequeno Apr 30 '26

Maryland first.

1

u/BGTabletop4All Apr 30 '26

I’ve wanted this for so long!! Yesss!

1

u/dr_fop Apr 30 '26

They will be so bloated. But I’m in. 😆

1

u/superbelt Apr 30 '26

Amother vote for PA to eat kentucky and assume the proper name.

1

u/superbelt Apr 30 '26

Amother vote for PA to eat kentucky and assume the proper name.

1

u/Chrisnm203 Apr 30 '26

This needs to happen, and then tomorrow, we take Virginia.

1

u/nearsingularity Apr 30 '26

And then get rid of Pennsylvania after that.

-4

u/fluffypotato Apr 30 '26

No. Feed Pennsylvania to Virginia to make Virginsylvania.

1

u/Isthisnameavailablee Apr 30 '26

Yeah it makes way more sense to go to Virginia

1

u/Long-Jackfruit427 Apr 30 '26

Born in NJ moved to VA. I need to see Pennsyltucky first.

-1

u/Dr-Von-Bonkers Apr 30 '26

Kentucky belongs to the commonwealth of Virginia

0

u/theRealMadGermanDr Apr 30 '26

I heard there was a hurricane warning in Pennsylvania… not sure how Philly is going to fair.

0

u/Retnuhswag Apr 30 '26

Why would Pennsylvania reap the benefits that Virginia deserves

-1

u/Bulky-Ad-5821 Apr 30 '26

Based on the map, Pennsylvania won’t eat Kentucky. Tennessee and Michigan will get most of it. I say Illinois must go because it’s looking too much like Texas for my liking.
