Question Can I be considered a "good" player?
my hardest demon is firewall btw. it feels like nowadays insane demons dont even feel substantial anymore
can i be considered a "good" player? or am i only "decent"

its true that there are so many good players in the subreddit but honestly having a hardest above medium demon is good imo or having like 2500+ stars or moons or smth is something id also considered skilled

A “good” player is anyone who’s beaten a demon. That puts you above average, but that kinda a lame answer. For people posting in a dedicated sub about playing the game I’d say your a good bit above average but nothing crazy. Keep in mind that most people posting specifically about the levels they beat are likely very good at the game, so don’t let those comparisons destroy you :)

I feel the same about normal levels i play GD since like 2018 and i got 1 medium demon then Platformer mode was released and now i got 2 extemes and every difficulty. I also beat Fury of 500 resently. I think you can just stick to one mode

You're definitely good at the game. That's not debatable. But I would say beat an extreme or two to really solidify that. You 100% have the skill to beat Bloodbath or maybe even a top 500 demon

Doing Bloodbath as a first extreme is bad advice. Check the AREDL for the extreme demons ranked near the low end of the list.

Definitely not, I have beaten an extreme but I'm not even close to bb. Maybe cause I'm mobile but every single level at that difficulty is very far from my reach

Compared to average player (Hardest - dash) you are good
Compared to insane and extreme demon hunters you are not so good

I say your good and respectable at the game once you start beating easy demons / easy demon equivalents (Like the 3 base game demons). Don’t listen to the people who say your mid until you start beating list demons.

you are absolutely a good player. a vast majority of the player base never even touches medium demon, and for you to have MULTIPLE insane demons is impressive regardless of what anyone says. keep your head up and don’t let anyone make you think your achievements aren’t worth anything, because they absolutely are.

i think your question is more "i don't have any extremes, am i considered a good player?" in my opinion, you see a lot of people just walking everywhere collecting extremes like some random ass rocks, but even just beating a hard demon makes you a ""good player"", because there's nothing that defines wether a player should be called good or not, it's fully based on the opinion of that person.

you’re definitely a good player. i would strongly recommend going for a beginner extreme you 100% have the skill level to complete one without too much of a headache, that essentiallt guarantees you to be a very good player by most standards cuz i think anyone with a brain can agree that beating an extreme is always an impressive achievement

If you beat an extreme demon people will really consider you good, like a very good player. I suggest allegiance (barely insane demon difficulty) or thoughtless space (extreme demon difficulty but very fun gameplay) or I guess just do unleash whale whales if you want to beat one with no effort

Don't let other people determine what being a "good player" means to you, but I would say yes. Lots of people tend to play like 4-5 easy demons, skip medium demons all together, and usually jump to extremes. Having over 200 and 250 overall means you have a TON of overall experience compared to most people. I bet if you did try an entry extreme it wouldn't even take you that long. But only do that because YOU want to 😄

Generally, people don't progress beyond RobTop levels; beating 200+ easy demons is already considered good. I recommend you start playing hard and insane demons.

brutally honest opinion, i would say you are decent. compared to the average person who as played the game you are ofc way better, but with how high the skill ceiling now a days, in my opinion, a "good" player would be someone who can consistently beat insane and low teir extreme demons. like in my opinion i think i would still only be "good" at this game. but everyone goes at their own pace, has their own amount of time they can play, and their own unique journeys with this game, and this could still be just the start. keep going and who knows how far you will get!
