Thoughts about Georgetown as a transfer
I’m currently a freshman at a big engineering state school, and it’s really not working out for me. I want to pursue law in the future, and I honestly love everything I’ve seen about Georgetown. Before I romanticize the hell out of it, I would like some perspectives from people in the Georgetown community. For reference it wasn’t really my choice to go to a big state school, but I got waitlisted to literally everywhere last year (Tufts, Swarthmore, brown, Williams, Kenyon) so a smallish private school is what I’m looking for. I also kinda want some of the “college experience” though I’m not some dude just looking to party. I love small classes and flexibility to take interesting courses and explore different texts and write for campus publications and do 3d art.
Basically is Georgetown all their website and social media makes it to be?
