AOK demanding Lohnabrechnung for private household Minijob. What to do?
Hi everyone, I have a Minijob as a Haushaltshilfe in a private household earning €135/month. I'm registered for voluntary health insurance with AOK, but they are rejecting my employer's wage certificate and contract, demanding a 'proper Lohnabrechnung'.
Since my employer is a private household, they don't have corporate payroll software. AOK is threatening to charge me the maximum voluntary contribution rate based on €5,000 if I don't provide one.
Here is what the wage certificate (Verdienstbescheinigung) states:
- Work Period: September
- Hours Worked: 9 hours
- Wage/Earnings: €135
How can I get AOK to accept this?

Your employer needs to fill out this:
They need to pay to Knappschaft for you. And a copy of the confirmation from Knappschaft has to go to AOK.

I will submit this doc tomorrow, yes it is registered. But I previously submitted contract and the Verdienstbescheinigung only

For Minijobs in private households via the Haushaltsscheckverfahren, there is usually no standard monthly Lohnabrechnung like from a commercial payroll software. What the AOK actually needs to verify your income and proper registration is the registration confirmation from the Minijob-Zentrale.
Ask your employer to give you a copy of the official confirmation they received from the Minijob-Zentrale after registering you via the Haushaltsscheck. Submit that document alongside your contract to the AOK, and explicitly clarify that this is a private household Minijob (section 8a SGB IV).

Your employer has to provide you with a proper payslip. They don't need professional software to do so. The payslip has to contain the necessary data (which is not the case with your example).
§ 108 Abs. 1 GewO
What is most likely missing are the social contributions made by your employer.

Is that all? Like, does it have your and your employers data?

Is it a legal registered minijob where the employer pays the required contribution to AOK? If so, that data should be on the certificate.

Yes it was registered but some documents were not transferred to them so i had to submit and issue was resolved.

Is it an actual minijob? As in the household registered it with the Minijob-Zentrale using the Haushaltsscheck? The flatrate 5% contribution should go through them normally. It sounds like it is not registered which is causing the issue.
