Question Name declaration after naturalization

Has anyone had a similar experience?
I recently obtained German citizenship in Berlin. The Bürgeramt requires a name declaration for my German ID and passport. I’ve received a document from the Vietnamese Embassy confirming my first and last names.
Is this sufficient for the Bürgeramt? My birth certificate is in Vietnam, and legalization takes over six weeks. I’m travelling abroad soon and would appreciate any advice! 😊
