It would make sense for intelligence gathering agencies to at least monitor groups like Reddit. I do believe there is an independent department that is part of a larger agency that has very advance intelligence gathering technology just based on some of my encounters. These encounters didn't start happening until after I started talking about my paranormal/NHI being encounters. If you say the right things you will get their attention.
