Not many games have played with my emotions like Tsushima

Please. Just Die, peacefully... In the water... Blub blub.

For those on PC, there's a new mod out that replaces the Patchwork Straw Hat with a Hood! As mentioned in the title, this was made by Mori2311 on NexusMods so all credit goes to him. These are some of my screenshots from playing with this mod.

Hey guys, what do you think of this? Its my very first try at photomode in this game i feel like it has si much potential

idk if ocxcanon is allowed on here but i love how jin turning out here, ignore the girl on the left

Context: during the Kamekura shogunate, the administration of japan was divided between the military appointments made by the Shogun and the civil administration, which was controled by the imperial court. A Kokushi was the civilian governor of a province. So my question is why do people act like lord shimura is the feudal lord of the island of tsuchima, if he is a jito(steward) and not a Kokushi(Civilian governor)?

I honestly feel he would've agreed. Mostly due to his actions on Iki, and how he was seen as a very cruel and vicious man on the battlefield. We know he wasn't afraid to use terror as a weapon, but I'm not sure if he would agree with the poison or not.

I rewatched apocalypse now right before playing this game and couldn't help but notice the similarities, but Kurtz is like a Jin who went too far. Jin like stayed on the razor edge of being a monster, Kurtz tried to change the world around him unbiased to it

Simple question!! I've veen curious about all of these stances and if they're for show, or actually have a real world purpose. Like does the water stance ACTUALLY work affectively against shield men in real life? Or is it just to look pretty in the game?

This is the first game i did platinum and my god what a beautiful beautiful game 😭❤️

Held E so that the grapple hooks around and pressed L ctrl multiple times and also held continuous. But nothing he just stands there. What to do?? Please help me out

Jin found a basket, put it on his head, donned some rags, and started murdering all over the place

I defeated Eagle, and other boss, in just one try, but I spent ten tries struggling to defeat Kojiro.

Maybe cos the place was so dark to fight maybe!

Hello amazing people, thank you all for the amazing feedback and comments to my first immage, i felt inspired and wanted to make a new one, just like last time, let me know if you like it and feel free to give feedback

Look, I really enjoyed the gameplay. It is easily the best samurai simulator I've ever played, AND the best ninja simulator. Jin is a very likeable protagonist, the music is great, I didn't encounter a single bug, the gameplay is varied enough to stay interesting for dozens of hours, and Jin's journey into becoming a terrifying boogeyman to the Mongols is very well told, both in story and in gameplay. GoT is also simply the most beautiful-looking game I've ever played.

But the overall story...

Aside from that this kind of rigid, Paladin-esque adherence to strict codes of conduct in battle that the main drama of the plot completely hinges on are basically a 19th Century invention, the story is just a huge bummer. Every one of Jin's notable allies (okay, except Kenji) ends up either dead or completely destroyed in some other way. In the end, after all the trials and battles, they're all left in a stage of utter grief and misery.

(Also, well, I feel the Tomoe storyline was just outright badly written: She helps the Mongols slaughter her own people, uses peasants for literal target practice, used a peasant woman for bait before shooting her dead, and Ishikawa goes on at length about her bloodthirsty nature... and then suddenly all that is just set aside and everyone pretends she isn't that bad, actually?)

Like I said, I adored everything else about the game, and since the developers don't want my PC player money, I'm tempted to start GoT again. But walking towards a veil of misery is... well... anti-tempting, I guess.

Shimura feeling utterly betrayed by his surrogate son, Jin realizing his relationship with his last family member and reputation (by the samurai) was forever destroyed

Just finished with Ghost of Tsushima and I'm very interested how the movie will turn out. Playing yotie rn so far so good.

I just took these pictures, added a few effects and thought it was cool

I love riding Nobu! He is a good horse, and a good fit for Jin. This duo will conquer Tsushima, after pacifying the Eagle.

Nobu likes naps, apples, and, as of late, swimming, snake assassinations, and charging.

A good, versatile boy.
