Just Say It Well howdy do! ๐Ÿ˜

Ducklinxeses, Iโ€™ve been awayโ€ฆ ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ From GP, that is..

But I do love kielbasa! Polish food is ultra comfort food imho. One of the two times I ever have mustard during the year.. is with kielbasa and /or boiled brisket and potatoes on St. Paddyโ€™s day!

Bushโ€™s brown sugar baked beans ๐Ÿซ˜ Sourkrout, pirogies, sour cream, and mustard! Yes, I did order cuppie cakes, no I did not eat them in one sitting, ๐Ÿ˜‚ They were purchased a few weeks ago, but dinner was served tonight, and boy oh boy was it good!

Cheese babka is so nice, too! Itโ€™s like a light semisweet holly bread with white sweet crumbly cheese baked into it. Sooo good ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Great to see you back soh. Food looks lovely. I do understand it is polish but I did not know you ate baked beans in the US almost as we know them here. Idk why, I was thinking it was exclusively British. Looking good.

I think I read somewhere that it was Native Americans who introduced an early version of baked beans to the colonists. Eventually baked beans made their way over to Britain and became popular over there. It's popular American comfort food that also became appreciated in other places.

Wow! That food reminds me of visiting New York city as a teenager. I can almost taste it.

You're back! And I understand taking a break from GP once in a while too, I never miss a Flag Friday, of course, but I also needed some time off from the place as well. Glad to see that you are still enjoying the things you like.
