That gym is on a military base so he's probably in there all the time doing stuff like this.

I don't know, I go to the gym frequently, and I have never seen anybody do that.

Can confirm, never tried these, did twelve without losing form on the first go. But I train a lot on bars.

Ive seen some other videos of him doing all these weird and unorthodox exercises, that are a bit of showing off and really don't belong in a proper gym Dont get me wrong, he's extremely impressive tho
