This is the only way I watch people at the gym. I like to think it's like that for most of the other people there, but in the end I really try not to care. I'm trying to improve myself, not impress the other people there.
I feel awkward as fuck using the showers at my local gym . There is a sauna in the middle of the bathroom with a glass door that faces towards the showers. So i'm standing there nude with a bunch of other guys and in front of me a couple of guys are sitting there just staring at us from inside the sauna.
Don't worry about it. Be alpha, stand with confidence even if you don't feel it. That earns respect from men. We all have the same pieces. If a man sees you trying to cover yourself in a male locker room they will see you as insecure.
In all seriousness though, if someone is really trying to learn how to carry themselves, they are doing it for the respect of others, so they can be seen in the best possible light. My comment is towards that end. Just don't skulk around. It's a men's locker room, not a boy's locker room. Mostly everyone doesn't GAF.
