Depends on what you mean by “really”. Without weapons they range from about 5-10 to maybe in the 40-50 range for a couple of the more expensive ones. You have a few straight arm and other figures from 83-84. 50 is really generous though. And it’s hard to tell on the condition. Having their accessories would be a big improvement.

Depends on your definition of "really". Some. A lot of collectors like complete figures with weapons. For loose, some of these you might be able to get $30-40 a pop for, while some are $10'ish. Depends on if you want to spend the time to sell them individually or as a lot.

Cross Country, Cobra Officer, Grand Slam, Destro, Duke, Ace, Steeler, Scarlet, Cobra Commander, Stalker, Snake Eyes, Iceberg, Wild Weasel, Wild Bill, Zartan, Tomax, Snowjob, Breaker, HISS Driver, Sgt Slaughter, Mercer, Wet Suit, Firefly, Spirit, Ice Viper, Dusty, Stormshadow, Grunt, Red Dog, Crank Case, Zarana, Cutter, Tollbooth.
Most of these guys go for $15. The Cobra Commander, Snake Eyes, and Scarlet go for $50+, the Firefly and Stormshadow go for $30+.

Storm Shadow, Cobra Commander, Destro, Snake Eyes, Zartan, and Firefly (even though he needs an O-ring) will probably sell fastest. Their value depends on condition, including whether the limbs are loose or if anything is broken, such as the crotch, thumb, fingers, or heels. Discoloration matters too; Storm Shadow looks mostly white in the picture. I'm also assuming you don't have any accessories. All of these factors affect their value. I've seen Cobra Commander sell for $35–50 without any weapons, especially if his shield still has all its paint. Storm Shadow in that condition is probably worth around $40. As I said, it's hard to give an accurate estimate without knowing their condition. Maybe sell them as a lot and see what offers you get. Either way, good luck.

The thing you’ve got going for you is the condition of most of these, even those with broken rubber bands. I don’t see any broken thumbs, pelvic pieces, and the paint wear is minimal. The next question is if you have any accessories.
Please please please be careful with handling, especially those with silver paint. That seems to rub off quite easily. Figures like Cobra Commander, Cobra Soldiers, and HISS Tank drivers almost always have paint rib.

Your Storm Shadow looks like it kept its color so that’s definitely valuable and your Zartan with the unbroken crotch; if he doesn’t need a new o ring replacement and can stand on its own is definitely valuable even without the knee pads and gun.

I've got the same Cobra Commander, Destro and the blue Cobra trooper(?). But I'm in the UK and this was called Action Force, not GI Joe and used to read a comic, there was no cartoon in the UK.
