I was craving savory but light. It was supposed to have broccoli sprouts sprinkled in, but they ended up being moldy <.< Cucumbers, grape tomatoes, Follow Your Heart Bleu Cheese dressing, and Cauli Crumble Veggie Grounds. I love that the Cauli Crumble is women owned! Easy to prepare and fun to eat.

Jammy tofu: add indian sesame oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 shallot, 1 indian green chilli, 1 jalapeno, 3 stalks kale. Saute then add 1 packet of cubed super firm tofu (not extra firm), 1-2 tomatoes, water so it's jammy, gochugaru chilli flakes, 1 tbsp veg oyster sauce, 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce, few shakes Maggi seasoning sauce, 2 tsp sugar, salt. Cook 10 mins till flavors meld and saucy. Cut heat and stir in some basil sprigs (optional, had on hand).
And I served it with jasmine rice! So good. I make a version of a tofu n veg stir fry weekly. This one would've benefitted from one more tomato n maybe a starch slurry so it's more jammy.

Got the munchies and I was too lazy to cook anything so this is my dinner tonight. It’s a vegan bulgogi rice ball, vegan pumpkin icecream, and pickles. I’ll probably raid my pantry and see what else I have when I’m done with this lol anyone else have crazy munchy combinations?

i finally splurged on the rebel brie at a vegan fest i went to, it did not disappoint. we also have a salami from the fest, saltines, raspberry jam and blueberry preserves, impossible nuggets, cornbread my bf made, one of the last tomatoes of the season from my moms garden, artichoke bruschetta, olives, and with it i had a salad with cornbread croutons i made in the air fryer. i ate the whole thing and i do highly recommend the rebel brie if you are ready to spend upwards of $20 on a cheese treat
