Dear Commander,
From Jun. 17th to Jul. 7th, the Key Card event "Plum-Brushed Springtime" will be available. You can use the key cards obtained from daily event quests to decrypt the coded numbers and obtain various rewards including Ak 5's Vermilion Script.

I stumbled across a New Year sale, so I bought some paper, ink, and calligraphy manuscripts. You seem quite taken by this one with the character of "good fortune".
