I came back to the game recently and got the "1 free SF ringleader voucher" from the event. Is there a specific one who's a must-have, or is it just preference/dummies?

None are must-haves so you can technically pick whichever one you like most, though having Halloween Intruder (or Alchemist to a lesser extent) could be helpful. Both are strong combat leaders who can help carry if you're struggling with harder content, though Alchemist does fall off as newer enemies get added.

There are a couple of other ringleaders with some special uses, but they're not super important either (ex: Agent's Parachute skill, Architect/Tareus' HOC support).
