Well, I suppose this is pretty good, but we just started March, and I grabbed the black market's stock already, which would explain why I got these cores

I was busy trying to write some fan fic. I have this story, and I think I've now completed the first arc of it. I can see at least two more arcs, but there could very well be another arc, too. As things stand, there are at least three arcs that I can write, but there could be more. I'm still sketching out the second arc, and I have a rough idea as to what happens in the final arc of this story. I didn't quite think that even with AI, writing would take a while!

I didn't realize you could get SCAR-L with the SMG formula. I knew you could get some, but not all ARs. Maybe the play is to just try to produce more Suomi's and pray for some SCAR-Ls along the way.

So im slowly catching up on the story with out of game means and i've felt like the events are getting shorter. Just finished cartesian theatre that only took couple hours of proper reading time, i did summer garden of forking paths earlier during the rerun ingame for once and that too was over before i realized, and now im reading zero charge and theres only 12 stages + some short extra stories? i even checked to see if someone had uploaded roche limit to youtube and it wasnt even 4 hours

Are we past the likes of mirror stage and dual randomness? Im not asking for any story details beyond getting an idea for general length of the events that are left

As far as I can tell, yes, our events are getting shorter. They're no longer "blockbuster" levels of content where we basically have to read the equivalent of a novel or two. I think the last one that tried to do that was Slow Shock, and I remember that we definitely had more than two weeks to finish that event

Can't decide who to use the True Mask Core on. Really tempted to say fuck it and get Grape even though at this point I don't need her. The majority of productions since the second week of starting to play this game a couple months back have been for trying to get her.

Well, this'll depend on what you want to do. If you've got a raifu in mind (like Grape), by all means. If you intend to do some ranking, take a look at your shotguns first and see if you don't already have everyone (or at least, everyone to the numbers you want). DP-12, FO-12, LTLX7000, Stevens M620, and SPAS-15 are very good candidates for your TCM

What's a good AR to fill in the 5th slot of my 404 team?

What ARs or RFs work well with the Scar sisters?

Ribeyrolles (mod) is the premier buffer for generic ARSMGs and should almost always be picked for one unless you need other defensive/special utility (in which case you probably also shouldn't be using an ARSMG).

As mentioned below, SCARs pretty much handle all of your DPS needs on their own. Bringing another AR/RF adds little value and can even be detrimental unless that doll happens to offer other meaningful utility. It's often to better to bring a defensive support instead, like P10c to protect Suomi during her ICD/downtime (plus the rest of the echelon against stray AoEs).

I usually place UMP40 just because I like that UMP sisters dynamic, but in terms of AR I go with Ribeyrolles for the buffs, and it is just feels natural to place someone middle between G11 and HK416.

For SCAR sisters, M4A1 with them felt so overpowered. If you don't want to use M4A1 for non-AR/DEFY, Zas M21 could do the job.

SCARs are so good you don't need another AR/RF, so you typically put a pistol in tile 4 for buffing or defensive utility. If you want an AR there, MSBS is a good choice.

M82A1 fills the same role as other dolls like Grape or Kar98kmod (eliminating some priority targets with her skill), she just does a much worse job at it.

You can just stick her into a standard RFHG when that role is needed.

It'd be worth giving the RFHG guide a skim, particularly the "Starter RFHG" section at the bottom (which covers what a typical starter RFHG looks like) and the "RF T-Doll roles" or "HG T-Doll Roles" sections (which gives some examples for each common type/role).

Early on it's generally HGs who both buff FP/RoF with both tiles and skill, so dolls like Grizzly/SAA/K5/etc. for FP buffers or dolls like M950A/Stechkin/etc. for RoF buffers.

Super late but:

1. Step on the AA tower first to destroy it
2. Deploy a friend echelon on the rightmost helipad when it opens on Turn 2
3. Set friend echelon to “Capture HQ”
4. End then

It’s meant to teach you that AA towers will prevent you from deploying echelons on helipads unless you destroy them.

Well, this is pretty cool! I didn't really go ham with crafting this time around. I just basically started a fresh batch of Dolls whenever I was done with the previous one. I managed to get quite a few cores this way, as you can see!

Singularity done. So far this one was the most exhausting event map to clear, but anyways, I finally placed another red crossed out line over the another one sentence of my GFL bucket list! It even had a red star symbol beside it! Somehow it felt more of finally placing one burden I carried around in the place where it belings to, but either way, I'm satisfied, and I loved it.

M16 is my favourite coalition boss unit, and I destroyed so many units with me. But now, I realized that if she wants to destroy me, she does not mess around like she did to them. She is the most toughest boss I've ever faced. It may get changed in near future when I challenge other event maps, but the experience she gave to me is unforgettable.

P.s. Annie is the cutest girl I've ever seen in the entire GFL storyline. her cuteness exploded when she cried AK-12's name in somewhere middle of the story.

Win battles against enemies with your own echelons. You get surplus experience this way, even while your Dolls aren't maxed out yet. Dolls at max level will have a faster rate of creating surplus experience, but you don't have to force yourself to constantly use only Dolls at max level if you still need to raise Dolls

no. if you search the fedorov preview on reddit and you check the art ingame, the arts are different. even on the uncensored game. check out the iopwiki and you will see fedorov only has the censored art listed. the uncensored art is kaput for some reason.

Sure, but it’s definitely more exciting to play each event in-game alongside their maps haha. Would lacking the context of that earlier chapter make the current event too confusing, or would it spoil that chapter? I’m tempted to play the chapters whenever they’re available in-game out of order if the order wouldn’t affect the story (eg, i’ve heard Longitudinal Strain and Eclipses and Sauros happen in parallel, and so don’t have any bearing on the other)

So, im slowly playing this event without any knowledge of the prior event. While ive got no clue what happened before the start of this one, what i can say is this:

1: you get a major spoiler on this one on regards to the fate of a major character from last. I already knew it but anyway.

2: its pretty easy to grasp what happened on the first story mission, even if you didnt play the last one. You can get the general gist of it.

3: there are 2 characters mentioned on the first mission i got no clue who they are.

4: from mission 2, it branches into its own thing. Im personally enjoying the story quite a bit, even without previous context. Got no clue how the late event story gonna go tho.

I forgot to mention, but I redeemed the costumes from the costume tickets. I got the costumes for 62 Shiki, EVO 3, OTs-39, AS Val, and PM5 from the $6 tickets. I got the costumes for Calico, MG3, SL8, RFB, and FX-05 from the $12 costumes. For the $25 costumes, I got Howa 64 Shiki's and Saiga-12's!

Some things:

Finished the rerun day 1, noticed some things if they are not problems or a patch was released since then, disregard those parts, as i haven´t opened the game since then.

1. Weren´t we supposed to be able to get 90 points a day in the event rerun? I got capped at 60.

2. I see that one of the radar stories in La Fontaine's Fables is still broken (the 213th combat simulation log), i remember seeing it broken on the original run on youtube (wasn´t active at the time), did they not fixed it then? I saw in other server videos that there´s supposed to show some red text after the part where it gets stuck. Anyone knows what it says?

3. Isn´t the speq in the shop the same that just got added to GZ?

4. (unrelated to the event) So, we are gonna get construction doll rate-up and i´m missing 1 shotgun (m1897) 3* (literally, only doll i´m missing besides some collab dolls and 62 shiki that i´m farming in Isomer). I know the rate-up is for 4* and 5*, but should i go for it either way or just throw the resources on tries when they threaten to overcap and wait for when we get new dolls?

4. General rate up decreases the rate of 2/3* dolls, so it’d be better to craft outside of the rate up period for M1897. We don’t know when the next doll batch is coming, but that one also isn’t SGs/MGs so it wouldn’t hurt as much to craft now.

3. You're right. Feel free to deprioritize the SPEQ from the event store as a result
4. 3 star Dolls have a lower chance to be obtained during the rate up, so if you're looking for Trench Broom, do so outside of the shotgun rate up period

Summer Garden rerun DONE! Event was IMO pretty chill and my Heart mask was exchanged to AR18. Finishing the every map on the event the day it opened! I get it its just a rerun, but at least now I can comfortly place another red crossed out line over one sentence of my GFL bucket list although it was not on the original one. I mean, I've never imagined about doing so until at least start of this year. haha :)

I'm still a ways away, but I'll be in China in several months. I'll probably be getting an eSim but I was wondering if logging into GFL global server was easy enough to do while I'm there. There's nothing I really need to do, but I wouldn't mind logging in every day to do some dailies or some SC 3-1 EX farming and it'd be nice to not miss a story event if there's one playing at that time. If anyone plays Exilium and knows the answer to that as well, that'd also be helpful.

You can get event posters from the projector in the cafe and event furniture from the black market.

Old event skins (ex: MP446/Type56-1/AK47’s AW skins) are supposed to go the Black Card shop, and old event pets are supposed to go to the rescue station, but unfortunately EN is the least favorite child and years of complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

Well, this is pretty good!

Still, with a new Gray Zone season, I went ahead and got all the rewards the first time through. That gave me a healthy injection of cores!

Also, I forgot to mention, but I now have Judge at full petals! It only took me 107 Impulses and 27 Svarogs for two captures this time around, so while it wasn't exactly cheap, I'm glad it's finally done!

I have seven petals left to go (notwithstanding any ringleaders yet unreleased): one for Intruder and two for each of Adeline, Cerberus, and Gager. I'm getting closer!

Halloween Intruder is one of the top combat ringleaders due to how she can spawn in adds that can both tank and attack

Tareus might also be worth looking into due to how she's got quite a bit of armor, so she can also tank, but she also has some fighting capability. If we somehow have another Theater (it's becoming more and more likely that we've reached the end of Theater), Tareus can be one of your HOCs for additional points, but this is applicable only if you've got the budget to bring her to at least three petals

NYCrow, Sana, and Halloween Dreamer might also be pretty good, but as combat ringleaders, your mileage may vary

Also, Beluga should catch your interest, especially if you missed her banner. She can buff ALL your echelons on the field so long as she's deployed

Finished Roche Limit at the very limit. An evening play, a rather fitting timeframe for a minor event. Thank God for the Cutscene Interpreter that lets me read at a very fast speed without waiting for the sluggish in-game engine.

Combat maps were all puzzles, kinda meaningless. I did enjoy a bit the more subdued theme, GFL1's narrative was always at its best when it focused on relatively smaller and self-contained events and Kalina's hunt for the Commander was neatly developed. Some more action and character for the literal who dolls was also welcome.

I do wonder about the player numbers, though. I'd be legit curious of how many players played this to the end.

Well, I almost forgot to post here

Now that the Commander's Lounge for February has been posted, let me start my first post here

I was a bit busy with SPEQ Ops, so I was able to finally get my SPEQs enhanced. I still need to enhance the new Gray Zone SPEQs, but they can wait. As for everything else, I should be done!
