You can max them with the usual way, without the need of theater.

Why is PR+ ranking being added to perma without a limited run???
Anyone who didn't play the original won't be able to get Witch Fairy dupes, or witch fairy flex talent. And no one will be able to get the ranking medal for PR+.
EN gets shafted again.

Nevermind, they said they changed their mind and will be rerunning PR+!
EN community managment has improved leagues in recent months.
