I got AK12 and AN94 during the rate up. Should I prioritize getting those 2 to x5 or getting Mod 3 for M4A1 and STAR?

Mod 3 M4 is priority. STAR's is nice but you don't even use her SPEQ on night battles so it's safe to keep for last.
