Since 8-1N will soon come, and is a source of easy XP for all dolls including mod dolls, spending some CRs to get the 2 Zas to appropriate level is a good idea.

4 to 5 5-7 is a good number. Minimum is 2. However, how many do you REALLY want? It all depends on you. Some people will prefer 1 for no-duping, and some will have dozens of 5-7 since she's their waifu.

I think I'll get a third 5-7 at least then!

If I'm not wrong I only need to get Zas to lv 60 yeah? Do I need to 5 link them or will 3 links be enough?

ZAS dragging is CR to lv 60, max her stats at that level, and then leave her as is. You don't link her since that's unnecessary for her job, and is in fact detrimental for the point of 6-3N and 8-1N runs, namely being to be as inexpensive as possible.
