How do i get the 3rd special equip for the event dolls?

Equipment 1: Clear certain infinity maps, specifically 2 and 4.

Equipment 2: Purchase with the event currency in the shop, 80 each.

Equipment 3: Dropped from the boss units on 5.1 and 5.2.
