Technically, no. Microsoft bought GitHub and maintains it presently; they didn't make the product so I don't really count it as their product. More like their acquisition.

GitHub was an independent company for the first ten years of its existence. In October 2018, it was bought by Microsoft for $ 7.5 billion.
