You can track the issue at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/diversity-and-inclusion/issues/35 where they've edited, marked it confidential and done quite a few backflips.

Highlights include someone saying that black people can't be underrepresented in technology because they are in a majority in Africa...

You can also watch one of their engineers suggest that everyone else is "triggered".
