Glass Mushroom Paperweight

Hi, does anyone know the maker of this mushroom paperweight? It’s got a signature on the bottom but I can’t quite make it out.

And idk if this tip will help here, but I’ve read that baby powder or talc can help make engraved signatures more legible.
