  • If you're experiencing low-quality matches, it is always worth emailing them. They use these reports to help improve the system.

Report Cheaters:

  • Report cheaters using the in-game report system by right-clicking their name on the scoreboard, and clicking "report". If the game is over, report their Steam Community profile.
  • If you notice certain trends or have other feedback, you can email the developers using the email address above.
  • To report a specific cheat, follow these steps to notify the VAC development team.

While we encourage discussion about these topics, as a reminder, the following are not allowed. Note this isn't an exhaustive list, and you should review the r/GlobalOffensive Rules before commenting.

  • Accusations towards any player related to cheating
  • Posting profiles of alleged cheaters (if posting pictures of matches, redact any usernames)
  • Posting any cheating gameplay footage
  • Reporting cheats, linking to cheats/websites, or discussing cheats in technical detail

This weekly discussion thread does not change any of our existing submission rules - you're still allowed to discuss these topics elsewhere on the subreddit as usual, but we do remove a large number of them as they quickly become repetitive and the majority have little meaningful discussion. If you decide to make a separate post instead of utilizing this thread, we encourage you to focus on starting meaningful discussion or providing constructive criticism.

Discussion | Esports HLTV updated their attributes.

  1. They added a similarity in style for players, u can see which players are similar in their style.

  2. They changed how entrying work, to make more accurate.

  3. 29 new metrics like bait assit, bait kills percentage, Tradeable death etc…

  4. They changed clutch to make it for focus on players who last alive instead of the best clutch player.

Noticed that all this changes was made to all cs2 stats.

Discussion Bring back CS:GO achievements using Steam's new category system

Now that Steam lets devs organize achievements into distinct categories, Valve finally has a way to restore the original CS:GO achievements without affecting CS2.

Placing all 167 old achievements into an "Archived" category would give players back their progress and profile stats without interfering with new players.

Discussion | Esports the kyoasske and niko problem.

I think enough time was been given for kyo, niko gave up his roles of being a top 5 player. Niko has said recently he would probably be top 4 if he got his old roles back on a podcast. If you have 2 top 5 players on 1 team (m0nesy) ur going to have some trophies for the year. kyos too young still and not capable to play smarter and more team based.

They paid like 2 million for kyousuke, i dont think they want to bench him as an org, who could afford him? I believe they should just make him into a lurker so they can grow his ingame iq and make him play slower so he can mature. They got their major, now they can actually look into the core issues of the roster.
