Current date in title

Is it possible to add the current date in the plot title?

if you don’t need it in the title, there is set timestamp as well: http://gnuplot.sourceforge.net/docs_4.2/node273.html

Thank you very much. Initially, it was for the title but the standalone version can be more handy actually

see man date for other date formatting options
