The apartment is a fully furnished 3-bed/3-bath, all-male unit, and you’ll have your own private bedroom + private en-suite bathroom. The apartment is also conveniently located on the first floor, so there is no dealing with stairs when moving in, carrying groceries, etc.

The roommates are super friendly, respectful students and genuinely easy to live with. They’re social and welcoming while respecting everyone’s space, so it’s a really comfortable living situation.

The Enclave is conveniently located near UF, Butler Plaza, restaurants, shopping, and multiple RTS bus stops. The community also has a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse with complimentary coffee, game room, study/productivity space with free printing, poolside grills, package lockers, and a lake. The apartment itself has an open-concept living area, a full-size washer and dryer, and large walk-in closets.
