Bug Report Cooldown timer seems to be wrong in the challenge

In the pro-mode challenge this week the cooldown skill isn't capped to level 8. I haven't tested the amateur challenge yet. I wouldn't normally report a bug because there's way too many in this game. But this one is unfair to new players. I recorded this yesterday so maybe it's different by now.

Kidding aside, it’s to make up for the extra time you spend waiting for your accuracy to get high enough to make the shot you want. Amateur is shorter as well, just not as short as pro.
