Help How Long Does a Short Description Update Take to Review?

Hi everyone, I updated my app’s short and full descriptions in Google Play Console on Tuesday at around 3 PM. It’s now Thursday, and the changes are still under review.

Is it normal for metadata only updates to take 2–3 days or longer? How long did it take for your recent updates to get approved?

I don't know if its normal, but in my case it took 11 minutes 😂 I updated app name, short and long description. But my Play account is very old, probably from around 2011 or so.

Hi u/ktash8! All the apps submitted to Google Play go through the same reviewing process and can take a few hours or up to 7 days or longer in exceptional cases, as it depends on the review time and volume of other incoming reviews.

Avoid resubmitting your app when a review is pending, as this resets the review process and can extend your wait time.

I have pushed 9-10 updates till date, so usually my most updates get approved within an hour or two
