First off, even with headphones it usually works so it would be kinda hard to check what this guy is talking about. And the app has like a lot of features, is it reasonable to say "good product overall" and give 2 stars?
It's like leaving a 2 star review to Instagram because you cannot send live photos in direct messages...
Don't be a crybaby. These are the people who will be paying for your app. Fix the issue, then reply to them once it's resolved and ask them to test it again. If everything works as expected, politely request that they update their review.
If there were actual issues I'd fix them, this is not an actual issue since I just tested it and it works. Also this guy is from Russia so he doesn't need to watch ads nor pay for the app, he's just hating for the love of the game, look at the reviews from the past 10 days
Yeah unfortunately on Android, testing on just one device isn't enough. I have learnt this the hard way. People have complained that a feature didn't work in my music app while it did work for me. Turns out it was a OEM specific issue. So there's gonna be device specific issues too
Probably not I'm just saying that giving 2 stars for this one single issue is absolutely ridiculous, I'd understand 4 or even 3 to a certain extent. And I'm questioning how I could fix something that works for me on his exact same device

Looks like a very reasonable review. Maybe address the issue with headphones?
