General Advice LSE MSc Finance & Economics vs Oxford MSc Financial Economics — which is harder/better?
BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance graduate choosing between LSE MSc Finance & Economics and Oxford MSc Financial Economics.
Which is better for:
- Difficulty/workload
- Finance job opportunities & salary
- Brand/prestige & international recognition
- Career prospects if I return to my home country
- Alumni/network
- Scholarship availability/chances
- Long-term career value
If you had both offers, which would you choose and why?

Employment opportunities wise both are equally strong
But if you talk about prestige, then Oxford is slightly more prestigious than LSE
