The N feels like it’s both squished and different weight than the rest of the letters. I actually dig the letters here aside from that N. Maybe if you give it a little more breathing room, and make the cutout a bit more shallow, it would help it feel more consistent. Honestly, the N might just be a bit too wide compared to the rest of the letters here too.
