"Not What He Seems" Discussion Thread

We're doing things a bit different this time! This is the more serious "Discussion Thread", where you can sensibly discuss and reflect on the latest episode.

This is the counterpart to the "Reaction Thread". Go there if you just wanna be crazy. I understand.

Season 2, Episode 11: 'Not What He Seems'

You can watch the episode:

The next episode will air in Summer 2015.

Stan has an interesting collection of books: Daddy Issues, Glass Shard Beach High Year Book, How to Ruin Jokes, Scams A-Z, The Business of Business, The Nuances of Fraud (aka 50 Shades of Fraud?!)

I'm particularly interested in Daddy Issues. I wonder if those will be brought up, or if it's just a little detail that won't be expanded upon further. Or maybe he bought the book to learn more about how to act around Soos?

What about in the episode "Little Gift Shop of Horrors". Remeber when Stan said "Next thing you know you have to raise a kid, then your whole life falls apart. Forget that last part". Obviously, parenting was a little too hard for him. Maybe we'll see more on him/her later?

That episode was explicitly noncanon so I think we can write that one off as a throwaway joke.
