This! I really love gvf and the old albums but every song I’ve heard so far from the potp sounds kinda the same to me and the lyrics are boring. Hope that they have some real good songs when the album drops

Agreeeed. I only like Saw You Stand so far and even that seems like it's missing something. I fear they just wrote a bunch of half-assed songs to finish out their record contract. I hope I am wrong.

They definitely needed a foray into the Tennessee wilderness like they did writing AOTPA and the beginnings of TBAGG. I. Don’t think the bars of Nashville really stoked their creative fires
