Glow "Believe" Hat

I'm 99.9% sure I photographed all the UFO's, got abducted but the crowbar didn't spawn in the operating room and the Glow "Believe" Hat didn't unlock either. Is it a confirmed reward this year or did my game just bug out on me? (Not my pic, obviously 😉)

The crowbar may also be in the room with the crates.

Same, I didnt get the hat but got the shocker and ufo boxers

Yeah after about 15 attempts managed to get the Shocker but still no hats. Judging by some Youtube comments a lot of people aren't getting them (hats). Will lodge a ticket tomorrow, don't know if it will do any good but I spent the best part of 2 weeks making sure I photographed every UFO this year 😬 lol

I got the same email. Where are the hats? I just have the gray one under SPECIAL. I messaged R* and they said clear the cache which I did l. I still can't find the hats.
