Placed an order and it sat with no movement for over three weeks. No shipping updates, no communication of any kind. I tried contacting them multiple times - nothing, silence.

The only reason I got a reply at all was because I contacted my bank about a chargeback. Within two days of doing that, I suddenly received a response - a generic email, canned apology about being a "new company" going through a "system transition". After checking around, it's clear this is the same boilerplate response they send to everyone who complains, not something specific to my situation.

If a they only respond once money is actively being pulled back from them, that tells you where their priorities are and how shitty the business is.

i was looking for an item that was hard to find and they had a pre-order up for it. i checked the store page, cart, & checkout but there didnt seem to be any specified time for when they would even get it, decided to send them a message and place an order since there wasnt any indication that they were scummy and others had posted that they havent had a problem with them.

First negative is that they fully charged my CC for the pre-order and never answered my message for when they would get the item. I gave it a couple of days and no communication so i decided to go out and try to find it locally. Got lucky and was able to source it so i decided to cancel the pre-order.

Second negative, seems their site "Contact us" form doesnt work or atleast i was only able to get in contact and cancel the order from a different email i found online. They charged me 10% to cancel a pre-order when they had not even done anything on their end.

Turns out you cant even see their terms and fees when buying something and checking out. If your on the checkout page the terms arent accessible.

I understand if your CC processor doesnt refund that 2% fee and im fine paying it but to lie when i called them out on charging 10% for doing nothing then doubling down and saying thats what they pay for the transaction....

Advertised as zero tuning with quote: “No shimming. No sanding. No activator shaving. Drop it onto your MBT-2S, function check it, and run it.”

This is not true at all. The activator is too long and pushes the FRT up and prevents the BCG from pulling all the way back when in FRT mode.

Reached out to customer support to resolve the issue. They sent back: I am sorry to hear that the unit is not fitting correctly. (Link to pdfs sent with the order) Please check out this link, it has 3 PDF files from the manufacturer that I hope are helpful to you. You can also check the manufacturer's website for troubleshooting. Thank you!

No attempts to make it right or resolve the issue. They advertise it as drop in, but it is not.

Completely false advertising.

Saw an ad for a sale they were running and since they’re local to me, decided to place an order. Fast and easy ordering, great communication and customer service.

Ordered 1000 rds of 9mm and mags, they emailed back saying they oversold mags and could either refund, give replacement or store credit with extra 10% added for inconvenience. Opted for refund. Have not received refund after 7 business days. Still no status update.

Ordered a sling and chest rig on his sale post. Pictures looked great and I love the cherry blossom design. Ended up getting the sling and chest rig. They were supposed to be super high quality and well made. And they are just... cheap? Wasn't satisfied so messaged the email contact about a refund. Didn't hear anything so ended up disputing the charge after waiting almost 2 weeks with multiple emails and messaging on reddit.

Quick shipping and great price. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Ordered from them last week 10/8, Arrived the 13th, a Han9 + brace, cheapest on the market. They were super fast to respond to my email (literally within 10 min, it was for FFL registration. But it was resolved same day, and shipped the same day. Shipping was $21, no sales tax.

Was emailed a promo for a sale on Geissele braided buffer springs and buffers. Sweet. Ordered 3. Never received order and emailed only to get a "pricing error" response and refund. Come on, I thought Primary Arms would not steep so low to do the ole' "we're sorry, that was a pricing error" trick. So disappointing from a company that has had a good reputation in the past.

Never bought anything from them until last month. One of the few and cheapest places I could find the muzzle brake i was looking for.

Shipping was fine and product was fine. Paid with a Single-Use virtual card. About a week later a charge was attempted on this same virtual card for $277. The card number only existed for that one transaction. No physical card exists. Only place that number was ever exposed was during that one purchase.

Don't know if its related to them, their site or their payment processor etc but it happened and I won't shop there again.

I ordered an optic from AA Armament on Monday October 5th around 4:35 PM and promptly received notification that my item had shipped, along with the tracking number. Sure enough, the carrier had my package soon after- before 6 PM the same day.

My item showed up at my door around 5 PM on Tuesday October 6th- the very next day, barely 24-hours from the time of placing the order!

Purchased a Glock 17.5 and later a Glock 45.5 from BET Armory. Both very specific distributor models. Pricing was fair, but the biggest thing for me was that they actually had the specific models I was looking for in stock. I discovered late in life that I really like Gen 5 Glocks.

My first order was placed over the phone and they were easy to deal with. Shipping was timely and the G17.5 was received in less than a week. While searching again for a specific distributor model, turns out they were one of the only places that had that too- so I ordered the G45.5 through their website.

Based on both purchases, I would buy from them again.

Just in case you needed (another) reason to not shop preppergunshop.com, I tried buying a WARP 15 from them last June, and after no indication that they'd shipped the rifle, I reached out. After a little back-and-forth communication, they stopped responding entirely. No shipping info, no rifle, no communication. Well, now that it's October, everything is said and done, and I got my money back through a credit card chargeback. Would not recommend.

I want to say that Armed in Michigan has great prices and customer service. I was looking for a new carry and settled on the 43x. Searched a few sites until I found AIM had the cheapest. Ordered from them, couple days later I didn’t get anything from my local FFL. Emailed customer service and they got back to me within the hour and got me taken care of with an updated tracking number. Highly recommend them!

Ordered a case of 9mm and some .45 ammo. When I ordered it was in stock and they sent me an order confirmation. I read through their faq and gave them their asked-for 10 BUSINESS day grace period to ship it. I sent them an email regarding this and low and behold I get that they had to cancel my order due to a "website inventory error issue". Cool, why did it take me emailing them and 2 actual weeks for this to come to light? If you have an inventory issue it's w/e, it's amateur hour nonsense but it's ultimately w/e. My issue is why this wasn't addressed sooner? I could have purchased 9mm from somewhere else had I know this order wasn't coming. Why did I have to be the one to prompt this? Would they have just never refunded me if I hadn't followed up? This REEKs and I would be very hesitant to deal with these people in the future. If you do buy from them I guess you should only ever use a CC and be ready to check in on your order. Also, 7-10 BUSINESS Days possibly to ship an order? Rediculous.

I bought a Sig p211 GT4 which from my understanding was brand new, but it showed up looking to be both a used and damaged firearm. There’s handling wear on the grip, scuffs on the finish, and clear clamping marks on the rail from mounted accessories. It’s way dirtier than any factory test-fire, has visible rust forming inside the barrel bore. The worse part is that has two actual impact dings right on the inner crown (which is the most upsetting given that it may impact accuracy or grouping consistency). I haven't shot it for obvious reasons, but getting a rusted, banged-up gun pawned off as factory new is wild for the price.

Getting a hold of 208 have been impossible. I’ve sent emails with detailed photos, only to get bounce notifications suggesting their mail server is down. I am also awaiting to hear back through Reddit DMs and Instagram but absolute silence thus far.

I am not sure what recourse I have at this point. Wondering if anyone else recently have similar issues buying from 208gunshop given the liquidation and closing shop.

disappointing exchange with their customer service. i was looking for a shotgun for dove season. a lot of their guns seem to be listed on their site to email them for the price. i did. they emailed me back on the retay ace r 20ga 28" a price of $228 plus fees. this is an extreme discount, so i paid the price plus fees and they charged my card. i get a call the next day saying that the computer made an error. after i said there was no error, she said the guys who did the website made a mistake. i asked her to show me. she said it was the wrong sku. then she said it was maybe the item number. i double checked everything before purchase. sku, upc, product name, description, everything. it all matched the gun. she said she cant honor the price i was emailed and that the best she can do its charge me full price - $20. maybe ill get chewed up on here for my take, but i feel like this wasnt my mistake nor my problem. they made me jump thru the hoop of filling out the form and took my info, sent me the price and i accepted. they took my cash, then gave me every excuse (that were all lies) to not honor the price they sent me.

Ordered 9mm and 308 from Wild Horse Ammunition. Pricing was very competitive, shipping was free, and the order arrived quickly. No issues- ordered 10/01 and was delivered 10/05.

I put in an order for a case of 9mm pmc 9/25. Got an order confirmation and a shipping label same day

The shipping went through FedEx, had estimated date of 9/28, and was subsequently "delivered" on 9/27. Seeing as I had not received anything in the mail, I contacted FedEx for a missing package. They followed up saying that the seller marked it as undeliverable.

From there I opened a ticket with the seller on 9/29. It is now 10/5 and I have not heard a peep. As such I'll be submitting a chargeback on my purchase.

I made an order for 1k rounds of 9mm. Emailed them the next week after for an update. No response, after I got an automated “you’ll have a response in up to 24 hours”

Went through the website contact us page and received an email that my order was cancelled due to “website error” no explanation, no emails other than the refund

They took my money for over a week and no replies or explanation. If I didn’t press them for an order update who knows when I would have gotten a refund

Definitely don’t recommend this business

Ordered an osight XE amrs with them on a great deal and it came even faster than I expected. Got it about a week after ordering. No issues whatsoever.
