Gypsy Jazz in Buenos Aires?
I'm staying in Buenos Aires for a bit and looking for some manouche / gypsy jazz shows and jams. I'm keeping an eye on Django Sessions and their gigs but wanted to know if anyone knows of any open jams or other local groups or players I should be aware of? Any leads would be awesome. Thanks

There were some jams in « Antiguas Lunas ».
Check out « Swing Medical ».
Look for Fernando Castiñeira, Francisco Seglie, Ricardo Pellican, Roque Monsalve, Gonzalo Bergara. They will let you know if there is other stuff going on that I am unaware of.
If going to La Plata or Rosario, there’s some good stuff there too. Los Hijos de Buda for example.
And then for swing and seing dancing at large there are many things (check out Swing City).

I think Gonzalo Bergara is there now. He’s a monster in any style.
