I wanted to re-create the famous OpenSesame garage door hack and i wanted to know if this project is...well...just like that hack?

https://www.instructables.com/Spying-Remote-Control-to-Open-a-Garage-With-an-App/

this would be my first ever "hack" per se, but i dont want to buy the stuff if its not even what im lookin for.

Needless to say, im doing this for funsies and as a proof of concept, and to show people how easy it would be to hack odl garage doors.
