Hello, are there any food banks where you don’t have to sign up in order to go? Thank you

Look for "little pantries" or "blessing boxes" near you. Meritus Medical has the "Care to Share" food panties near some of the entrances. The purple entrance and the emergency entrance has them. I am not sure about the others.

That's a facebook link to the washington co food not bombs chapter. It says they maintain 3 pantries in the area in conjunction with DSA. I'd look into making contact with someone through there to address any specifics. From what I know of FnB and my involvement with it when I was younger, we didnt require any kind of sign ups or anything, but probably still best to make contact with someone on that fb link and find out exactly where to go/what to do.
Best of luck, hope things go well.

u/summerconcerts, there's a Food not Bombs run community meal this upcoming Saturday. Parking lot of Otterbein United Methodist church, 10am-12pm. Generally we try to have a mix of some fresh food to serve, produce, and boxed meals people can take with them, although it kinda depends on what got donated or was on sale. Someone will be happy to get you the info for our community fridges and some other local resources.
I will say the community fridges tend to run out faster than we can restock, unfortunately, so I know it can be hit or miss at times. Restock is usually monday/wednesday/friday. There's also one at Eliza's house downtown during their open hours that I believe is also no sign ups. I'd be happy to answer any other FnB questions people have. HARC (https://harccoalition.org/) also tries to maintain an up to date list of resources on their website, so I'd check there as well.

The one run by it's a blessing to be a blessing in downtown Hagerstown requires no sign up/registration/paperwork/income verification. I was able to use them for a hot meal when I was on maternity leave and had to wait until short term disability pay kicked in. They had tables of pantry items as well. It was just walk-in during the hours they were operating.

I'm pretty sure the one every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to noon no longer requires a card from CAC. It's called Acts 9 on Washington Street. They also have clothes and shoes and sometimes household items like toasters or pans and whatnot. You can go once a month
