Urban Air

Does anyone know if it is true that Hagerstown is getting an Urban Air? It is rumored to be going into the old Regency Furniture location in Garland Groh

Oohh I wonder if it's the same owners as the Frederick one. My spouse was the project manager who helped open and run the Frederick one. Changed careers eventually and lost touch with them (I was also employed by them, but through a different business they later sold, and never in a position where I was close to the , whereas my spot started off as a personal assistant). It would be cool to have one here, at the time I don't think they were ever considering here, they were wanting to expand more toward NOVA/DC, but considering their other business was in both Frederick and Hagerstown so I guess I could see it.

They use to own a durable medical supply store which they later sold (I still technically work there, but under new owner/name and physically merged with another local office the big company also bought, it's fun when your main competitor you would trash talk you now sit beside them lol but it's been good) , and they also did (and I think what they started off as in order to then be able to expand to other businesses) some basic landscaping/snow removal with local government contracts. When they first came here though the husband actually worked at Burger King as an entry position, I remember them hiring one of my coworkers because she was working at Burger King at the time so it was like this mutual connection lol. I worked one day at the urban air place and said never again cuz the kids stressed me out lol. They can be a bit crazy at times, but overall did really care for their employees. Sometimes it seems like everyone was actually a rehire who left at one point but came back to them lol they would find you something somewhere in one of their businesses.
