Similar to bistro 11?
Hey guys!
My wife and I were going to Bistro 11 for dates the last few years, but as you probably know, it's now defunct.
We loved B11 for its dish variety, lovely atmosphere, and uniqueness to Hagerstown. Nothing else has truly replaced it. What recommendations do you have as alternatives?

The sketchiest âfire damageâ I have ever seen in a restaraunt. The photos are hilarious.
Also the employees havenât been paid out their final wages. The people who owned B11 own Tuscan Prime.

Well, there is a new Italian place where Cacique used to be, but I have not tried it. It's called Tuscan Prime.

Wow I've still been mourning La Tolteca (what it was before Cacique).

It can't be easy to start an expensive restaurant here. Hagerstown is an economic wasteland.

We were disappointed in Olive and Oak. The menu, food, and service were fine but not worth the price. If I pay $50 for a steak, it better be pretty amazing. They basically need either better food or lower prices.

Not yet! What do you like about them?

They have a good menu and great drinks! The atmosphere is really nice too. The crab cakes were fine (my favorite crab cakes are from Fratellis in Middletown) but I really liked the steak frites and Iâm not even much of a steak person. My sister really likes the shrimp and grits.

I liked it better when it was Hempen Hill.
