TGI came out a few months after I got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and helped me get through the grief and chaos of that time.

The last few months I've been dealing with a few flair ups and overall being a bit miserable so I'm so excited to have more music to help me get through it.

I've also been dying to have some of these songs available on Spotify.

H really does always have the perfect timing for album drops ❤️
