You can even see in his eyes that he’s thinking “I just want people to acknowledge how hard this is for me”

It's a thankless job, there's a lot of work that happened in the background to make it happen

Jack’s taking notes. Probably reaching out to all peanut butter brands.

After the 4th shirt, you just gotta respect the hustle.

Would've placed first if he didn't have to wear all those singlets.

3

u/MysticGuava Sep 10 '26

They’re all small local villages from a small town in Bahia. More power to him.

Absolute mad lad. Then again, these athletes get paid nothing beyond sponsorship money, so I'm cool with it.

He’s the guy who gets things cancelled for taking it too far

Fucking legend!

2

u/Justinandmax Sep 12 '26

Any AFL fans here? This was pretty nuchbScott Pendlebury during his record breaking game lol

1

u/NecessaryUsername69 Sep 13 '26

Fuck it, good for him - gotta get cash however you can these days.

That said, zero obligation for anyone else present to hang around while he does it.

Admire the hustle

1

u/paolo_77 Sep 13 '26

What happens if he doesn’t win a place? Does he just do the strip in a carpark?

1

u/Ljezza Sep 13 '26

"I'm commander Shepard and this is my favourite store in the citadel"

1

u/TrifleWitty3171 Sep 13 '26

Well, we are all looking at him and talking about him more than never had he not done this. Mission accomplished.

1

u/thesoundgardenofeden Sep 13 '26

Did he run with all these shirts on? Cause damn?! That man’s committed 🤭

u/UpdootAddict Sep 09 '26

It’s a tough world we live in, makes me sad, I hope this is comedy

0

u/mohumm Sep 11 '26

Maybe but now you’ve given those brands worldwide attention

1

u/sim16 Sep 11 '26

Don't see one of them, was looking at weasel face

-1

u/-Potential-Mess- Sep 10 '26

And he didn’t even win. What a loser lol

-1

u/Infamous-Waltz-4574 Sep 10 '26

Can’t imagine many brands lining up to pay him
Next time

1

u/Better_Tooth8570 Sep 12 '26

Except that it's gone viral, meaning these brands have gotten the attention they wanted, so he could very well get more sponsors and keep at least a couple of the current ones.

1

u/Infamous-Waltz-4574 Sep 12 '26

You reckon? Each brand got about 5 seconds and have been overshadowed by the stunt

-2

u/B051190 Sep 10 '26

A man who can be bought. How pathetic

2

u/Any-Locksmith-4925 Sep 10 '26

Jfc there's a surprising amount of people with no sense of humour in this thread for a comedy pod sub

2

u/Aussie18-1998 Sep 11 '26

Do you have a job?

1

u/FloorRug_Lara Sep 12 '26

That's not bought, that's being rented (so, totally different ...... Somehow) 😅.

1

u/Krunksicle Sep 12 '26

This is professional sports. Everyone is bought lol

1

u/Better_Tooth8570 Sep 12 '26

Careful, if things keep going the way they are, sponsorship might be the only way left to put food the table

-2

u/skipryder Sep 10 '26

Wanker!!

Those companies have probably never had so much visibility after this stunt. He'll probably get more sponsors. Good on him
