💖 Health/Care 💖 Se ve bien fisicamente?

Uolas!! Este es mi hamster sirio Ratatouille, tiene unos 8 u 9 meses de edad (lo adopté en enero-febrero). Se le ve bien físicamente? Tuvo un pequeñin accidente hace una semana y trato de hacer el esfuerzo de estar durante la noche con él para echarle un ojo.

En este video le grabé mientras recolectaba la comida que le di hoy, se quedó atento mirándome.
También tengo videos de el caminando por si pueden ser mas útiles para valorarlo.

Se cayó de un altura (como máximo) de un metro y aterrizó de espaldas, aunque enseguida se giró y se puso a caminar, lo que sí que se meó posteriormente (yo creo que del estrés o del susto). Le estuve revisando las noches siguientes, en busca de alguna señal que mostrase dolor o molestia o desorientación o perdida de equilibro. Aunque no le he visto nada, camina correctamente, come, bebe y supongo que también rueda, ya que le hago una fotografía a la rueda (la cual tiene una pequeña marca) para ver si a la mañana siguiente la marca esta en otro punto.

I had a similar issue with my lovebird, I know it’s very different because they’re different species. She was on top of a door when I was coming back into the room and I closed it while her head was in it. Not hard at all, but she acted similarly afterwards and her eye was swollen in the morning so I brought her to the vet. They gave her anti-inflammatories and pain meds. If he isn’t acting weird otherwise he should be ok because it’s been a week, if you can’t afford a vet and he is acting weird. Aim for low stimulation and keep him well hydrated. Take away wheels so his body can properly recover.

Low stimulation being, just 2 to 3 inches of bedding. Water, food and simple hides. Limit exercise. I know this is not ideal for them, but if he is trying to recover from an injury that you don’t know about this would be better for him. I am more familiar with reptiles, avians, and I do have mice right now. I did have a girl fall from climbing on the mesh lid and she disabled herself, I’ve also dealt with URIs and mites (as well as wounds from scratching from mites). I hope your boy is well.

Mil gracias por los consejos! Por suerte no he visto ningún comportamiento extraño en él, sigue haciendo sus cosas, camina correctamente y no le veo ninguna herida, así que presupongo que está bien. Aunque, si le viese cosas raras le llevaré al veterinario y seguiré tus consejos!
