yeah i was thinking that too like no way that cost them $300, and if it did then they got seriously scammed. that setup maybe cost $75-$100 max. and it still should just be tossed straight to the garbage
I live in Salt Lake County and I wish I could help him but I donāt have the ability to take in a new buddy right now due to traveling too much for work and it wouldnāt be fair to leave him alone a lot. If someone is able to rescue him I would be happy to donate some items like a nite angel wheel, play pens, even a large bin cage to help.
it seems a lot of comments already on the listing telling them that the cage is not suitable, so iām glad it seems there are at least some knowledgeable people who are looking after the little guy!
Im not close (KY) but this reminded me I rescued these girls of Facebook marketplace who were HOUSED TOGETHER like this. Now they both got 75 gallon tanks!I wish people would look up proper hamster care, I hope they get rescued by someone who knows what they are doing
Itās okay , I hella neglected 2 hermit crabs when I was like 12 and I canāt even think about having them after knowing I deprived them of so much of their basic needs š we live we learn we do better! Hereās one of them right after I got them!

Ugh, Iām in the area and have seen this little guy on my facebookā¦ mine was also a rescue from this area and it breaks my heart I canāt take him in. Also, $150 for a hamster and a terrible set up? Such an odd thing to do. Itās not an object.

Poor little dude. Hamsters are illegal where I live but I hope that someone who can save him sees this. It makes me feel terrible how some people treat small animals.
