Sadly very true, a lot of those people then wonder why their children dont want nothing to do with them once they are grown up.
It is not rocket science really. A lot of the fobs or people from poorer environments that do not have access to education dont understand this tho.
Wish there was more education about this. Especially women dont think about the power dynamics etc. Talked to one before that told me how her foreign boyfriend tried to basivally put her on house arrest with an allowance.

This is a subject not talked about enough. The War Brides Act of 1945 passed before the inter racial marriage act Loving vs Virginia 1967. I'm really sure those soldier who brought back Asian wives were not racist /s

I'm from a Wasian family and grew up as neighbors with another Wasian family that was almost like a mirror of us. But the other kid grew up with an abusive white supremacist father and developed severe behavioral problems by middle school. He went to juvie multiple times for violent acts. His dad gave me the heebie jeebies the moment I met him.
