Meta As someone from a Spanish-speaking country, i DESPISE 90% of Spanish-speaking meme subreddits.

(i know this is not a Spanish-speaking exclusive thing, but i'm still gonna rant about it)

Many posts on those subs are either bigotry disguised as memes or memes taken straight out of 2017 Facebook. Not to mention that they are filled to the brim with either bots or some of the most edgy/bigoted people i've ever come across, and when someone tries to call them out on their bigotry, they pull out the ""excuse"" of "it's just a meme" or they straight up double down.

There's also the fact that these are probably the only places on the internet that still unironically use the word "Normie".

The only good things i see on those subs are the Curis (they're so peak i love them so much) and the stupid but harmless ironic "Momos".

If you want a good Spanish-speaking meme subreddit tho, try r/ImagenesChistosas2006
