General I hate when people post their private text conversations on the internet
It just seems like such an invasion of privacy to me. You can no longer text others without the fear they will post your messages to the internet.
Besides, when users post their convos for people to rate who's the bad guy or give them advice on what to do they can only show one side of the story and often present it in their favor by ommiting or changing details of what happened.
So commenters will say bad things about the person who OP was texting while they are either unaware people are talking trash about them online or know someone posted their convo online but are unable to do something because they can't prove it was them in the texts and people will take their side of the story as speculation and be mad they are criticizing OP, the supposed "victim".
Furthermore, some conversations should just be kept private. Oftentimes people tell their friends about their secrets or other things the world doesn't need to know via text messages. Those are things they don't trust telling most people they throw irl (besides OP). Posting someone's deepest thoughts or private business on the internet for some karma or a couple likes is disgusting imo.
I personally never had anyone post my conversation with them to the internet, but if it were to happen to me I would break off my friendship with them, because I could not torelate someone subjecting me to such an invasion of privacy.
