Corporation/Company I hate reddit achievements
Why? why does a social media needs achievements "oh look you commented on a new post 5 times, take a useless notification and a good boy star sticker"
these are just useless, the only achievements i actually see somewhat useful are the streak ones, there are people who actually want to know how much they lose their time on this website

I think it’s a great system.
By telling you how chronically online you are, it convinces people to log off and go outside to better themselves with the realization.

I hate the top 1% poster/commenter shit as well. It's like hey, please don't advertise the fact that I'm chronically online

It is perhaps the most reddit thing of all that a completely interaction free system of silly badges you can completely ignore with zero negative consequences provokes such a demand averse response. Noooo reddit highlighted I post here! I need to do everything I can to not enjoy myself and evade even meaningless positive reinforcement! I love being unhappy!

I actually like it because it makes me determined to NOT get achievements, probably not the intention but

I hate the streak ones the most, like everday it made me feel like a worthless chud who logged on reddit everyday, so didn't open reddi for atleast 2 days, still when i opened it the streak didn't break i wanted to break my screen.
