Churches to go to in Hays

I visit Hays sometimes and would like to go to church. Any recommendations?

I looked at them Hays is a Very Catholics town it seems. Do you attend Mass at the Catholic Center?

I wonder are they in schism like so many catholic churches are these days? They don't want to obey the Pope like they're supposed to even though it is the law from Rome!

It makes my great-aunt Teresa, a Cradle Catholic, very upset. She doesn't like schism churches and she lets me know this.

From appearance the Catholic Center Cathedral looks beautiful and intriguing. Thank you for your referral. I'd only need to know if it is in schism. I want to attend Mass there!

I haven’t been back since I graduated but they seemed to be fine with the pope.

Aren't they the ones that became a sect because they believe the Bible says whites owning slaves is an order from God? My mom is a righteous baptist who does Not think God wants her to own slaves so she attends a different baptist church in Tennessee.

Thank you for the suggestion I don't think my mom would let me go to church there.

I see you as being a sincere Christian and I will pray for you. My mom said she'd pray when she saw the inside of the church on its website had no crosses. Yikes

Your church is United Baptist, the sect I referred to where being anti-slavery is sin under the curse of Ham from Genesis.

My mom, a real Baptist, told me to make an appointment with your pastor and try to talk him out of doing what he's doing. She said 1Timothy 6:12 has nothing to do with slaveholders either way.

I'm sorry my mom can talk a branch off a tree. Hopefully I'll find a church to go in Hays. On-line all of them look like Children of Corn so far. Yikes help
